In this course we provide you with the frameworks and tools to develop a successful business strategy.  

You can choose to complete this course in a context that is relevant to you. You can undertake the course applying one of two practical scenarios;  either assisting in developing a firm strategy for a small law firm; or preparing a strategy to present to a Board as an in-house lawyer.

• explain the system level components of business strategy 
• outline the key components of business strategy, and 
• apply analysis frameworks to an organisation.
